ΕΝΕΡΓΕΙΑΚΗ ΠΗΝΕΙΑΣ 2 Α.Ε
είναι 100% θυγατρική της εταιρείας «ΚΛΩΣΤΟΫΦΑΝΤΟΥΡΓΙΑ ΝΑΥΠΑΚΤΟΥ Α.Ε.Β.Ε.».
Ιδρύθηκε το 2011 και δραστηριοποιείται στην παραγωγή ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας από φωτοβολταϊκά συστήματα. Συγκεκριμένα διαθέτει φωτοβολταϊκό πάρκο 1,3 MWp, το οποίο συνδέθηκε στο Δίκτυο τον Ιούνιο του 2012 και συμβάλει θετικά στις χρηματοροές του ομίλου.
Τα φωτοβολταϊκά πάνελ του πάρκου, παρέχουν καθαρή – πράσινη ενέργεια.
Κατά την παραγωγή ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας με φωτοβολταϊκά πάνελ δεν υπάρχουν επιβλαβείς εκπομπές αερίων θερμοκηπίου, επομένως η ηλιακή φωτοβολταϊκή είναι φιλική προς το περιβάλλον & παρέχεται από τη φύση.
Τα 5 άμεσα οφέλη της ηλιακής ενέργειας προς το περιβάλλον συνοψίζονται στα ακόλουθα:
- Μειώνει τη ρύπανση του αέρα καθώς τα ορυκτά καύσιμα δημιουργούν πολλούς ρύπους.
- Μειώνει τη χρήση νερού.
- Μειώνει την εξάρτηση από μη ανανεώσιμες πηγές ενέργειας.
- Βελτιώνει την υγεία της ανθρωπότητας μακροπρόθεσμα.
